I know from the question you sent you watched a documentary entitled the Straw Man, and how it deals with legal issues and “knowing the cage, in order to get out of it”.

This “theory” is really a fallacy, that does not hold water in legal terms, or in a court of law.

Do you have to pay Council Tax, no, not really, but in not doing so, and/or trying to assert the fallacy of the Straw Man, you may find yourself facing demands from the Council, and possibly legal action, which may include the use of Bailiffs or Sheriffs; depending where you live.

If you need help in paying your Council Tax, there are things you can do, such as a sole occupancy reduction.
