Have You Heard of The 30 Day Rule?

Did you ever wonder why at the tills and check-outs there is so many things to buy there? Little things, but things to buy just the same.

There are impulse items, things to buy on impulse.

Many of us but items on impulse, and some of these items can be rather large purchases; especially late at night, online, after a few glasses of wine.

The 30 day rule simply is a waiting period. You set an amount that you will not spend unless you wait 30 days. If after 30 days you still want, or need that item, then you move forward with the purchase.

Boris Becker Jailed Over Bankruptcy Fraud

I get asked a lot if you can be jailed or go to prison for being in debt, and the answer is no, not for debt alone.

However, fraud is a different sort of issue, it is a crime.

Boris Becker the tennis star has recently been jailed for over two (2) years, for hiding assets when he declared himself bankrupt.

When Will I Receive My Promised £150 Energy Bill Payment?

That is a very good question, and the answer will lie with your local Council.

My local Council stated those who pay their Council Tax by direct debit, may….may start to receive their payments in May. Those that pay their Council Tax by other means, it will take longer, and they will be contacted.

To Rouble or Not?

It appears that Russia will now only accept the Rouble in Russia occupied Ukraine beginning May 1st, so it should already be in place. Ukraine’s currency, the Hryvnia, will no longer be accepted.
